Delivery

Complete Bikes

We offer a personal National delivery service throughout England, Scotland and Wales. We use our own vehicle and drivers who are experienced in transporting bicycles; your bike will be fully assembled so you can take it for a ride immediately.

Depending on your location, this service costs between £95.00 and £165.00. You will be charged a £10.00 deposit for delivery when you order your bike and then charged later with the rest of the delivery cost depending on your shipping address.

We aim to deliver your new bike in three to four weeks; however, times may vary due to component availability. We will notify you of any variables when placing the order.

Framesets

Our framesets are kept in stock and are shipped by regular courier in six to ten days for a flat fee of £30.00 in the UK. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00 UK time. Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed on weekends & bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Wheelsets

LANDRACE wheels are kept in stock and are shipped by regular courier in six to ten days for a flat fee of £20.00 in the UK. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00 UK time. Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed on weekends & bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Clothing, bags and accessories

All clothing, bags and accessories are shipped via Royal Mail and you can choose between an Express service for £9.59 or a Standard service for £4.69. Our Express delivery time after dispatch is approximately 1-3 business days and standard delivery time after dispatch is approximately 2-4 business days. Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed on weekends & bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
