Warranty

LANDRACE frames have a warranty of five years and the LANDRACE forks are covered by a one year warranty. All bike components are covered by a one year warranty (this may vary depending on the manufacturer). 

LANDRACE wheels: The rims have a five year warranty, the hubs are covered by the manufacturers warranty which is usually one year.

LANDRACE bags (seat pack, top tube bag and handlebar bag) are covered by a 25 year warranty thanks to our partner Alp Kit; all other accessories are covered by a one-year warranty. 

Warranty Policy:

LANDRACE products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects of quality at the time of delivery for the periods above from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or a similar item. To obtain any warranty service please call 020 3205 0190 or email info@landrace.cc .

Shipping and labour fees may be applied.

The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:

1. The issue is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment.
2. Wear and tear
3. The issue is caused by a fire or other natural calamity.
4. The issue is caused by not storing the product correctly i.e. in damp conditions or bright sunlight. 
5. The issue is caused by an improper repair or adjustment.
6. The issue is caused by a component not installed or sold by LANDRACE.
7. The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service.
8. The warranty period has expired.
